It brings us great sorrow and heart-ache that we have lost a member of our CORBA family. Lee Marsh was a constant, positive, fun-loving part of CORBA and the overall trails community for many years.
When there was work to be done on the trails…Lee was there.
When there were open volunteer spots that needed to be filled for our events…Amy signed him up, and Lee said, “Yes, Dear” and showed up, with a cheerful attitude and without complaint.
When there was money needed for such things as our Snow Dogs for winter grooming…Lee donated very generously.
And when there was just plain fun to be had on our trails…Lee was always in the middle of it, with smiles and laughter.
Lee left a big mark on our organization, and his countless hours of selfless volunteer work on and for the trails is immeasurable and will absolutely be enjoyed by many, many trail users for many years in the future.
The CORBA community extends its most heartfelt condolences to Lee’s family, Amy, Dustin, and Beth (who are all also long-time members of the CORBA family).
Lee’s family has asked us to set up this memorial fund in memory of Lee and his desire to continuously help build and maintain trails for all to enjoy. This memorial fund will be placed within the established CORBA endowment fund, which means that these funds will contribute to CORBA’s mission year after year after year. This will continue Lee’s well-established, on-going contributions to the community and his presence will be felt indefinitely.
